In the last 24 years of teaching and helping others, we at 3 To Be Fit have found that there are three best ways to become more healthy and fit. I am so lucky to meet 3 To Be Fit in my life. Jeremy is a wonderful person to encourage me to become a happy and healthy person. He is so knowledgeable about both nutrition and workout too! The new training place is always well equipped, huge, and so clean. I always enjoy going to such a positive place. Not only you can focus on one-on-one training, but you also can participate in group training such as Bootcamp, Body blast, and Yoga – workouts never end! More...

I've had many setbacks on the road to health and physical fitness. I wanted to improve myself and establish regular exercise habits. Most importantly, I wanted to fit into my clothes again!

Jeremy at 3 to be fit has been patient, flexible and accommodating to the limitations of my physical capabilities. Regardless what condition my body and mind was in, he got me moving and kept me moving forward on my journey.

I'm writing this review while wearing work pants I've not been able to in over a year! I'm not done yet, but am so proud of myself and grateful to have partnered with 3 To Be Fit.

I've been training here for years and can honestly say I can't imagine going anywhere else! 3 To Be Fit puts the "personal" in personal training, taking care of each individual persons needs. Not only does Jeremy run amazing personal training sessions, he has a great team of instructors that teach classes that seriously get you sweating and swearing the next couple of days. I've trained for over a decade at multiple local facilities and Jeremy is by far the most knowledgeable colleague I've ever personal trained with. His other instructors / trainers are also fantastic, creative and very knowledgeable. The facility is excellent but more importantly; it's like a family, not a "gym" and our rates are considerably less than our competitors. More...

I've been training with Jeremy for 4 months and I can see the results. He cares about all his clients' overall health. Workouts are challenging and fun. Group classes are excellent. I started working with Jeremy in January after receiving a gift certificate for 2 sessions from my sister. Prior to this I had lost 40 pounds since the end of August 2015. I was a little nervous to go to a personal trainer as I have never gone to one before. As soon as I walked in I felt totally at ease. Jeremy wanted to know all about me and my journey that brought me to him. After taking my initial measurements and discussing what I wanted to accomplish we got right into the workout. Wow. I have never done anything like it before and I was hooked. I knew during that first session I was going to continue long after my 2 free sessions from my gift. I am so glad I have continued, 12 weeks later I am down a total of 60 pounds, several inches and feel the best and fittest I have in many years. I have surpassed my ultimate goal of what size I wanted to be, single digit size is something I never thought I would see again! And... Wearing a belt no less, yes, a belt! Having to buy clothes with an elastic waist for so long this is a huge and proud accomplishment for me that without Jeremy's guidance and pushing me to keep going I never would have done. Jeremy knows exactly how to keep you motivated and genuinely wants you to succeed. Every week it is a different workout which keeps boredom at bay and really makes you put in the effort. I look forward to each session and wondering what is in store for me for the week. This has been the greatest gift and I am so glad Jeremy is there to keep me on the path to a fitness level I have only dreamed of! More...

When I was very young I knew I wanted to help people but was unsure in what. As I struggled in my first year in college and being told I wasn’t good enough to play DII college baseballI, I decided to not settle for those people to tell me I wasn’t good enough so I did something about it. I transferred to Canisius College and went on to excel in school and the baseball program. Through the many challenges I have sinced faced I wanted to share the way I personally overcame the numerous obstacles and give the tools necessary to our clients to be successful in our lives!
To help people in an environmnet we feel that enables our clients to be healthy and happy.

I feel we give our clients the attention they desire and upmost customer service in providing the tools necessary to be successful in accomplishing their goals!

Services

We offer you a fun yet challenging program that is tailored to fit your needs (and medical situation if necessary). We start with a fitness evaluation including body fat assessment and anthropometric measurements. A muscular endurance/strength and flexibility test are used to help decide what level you are at and what program will work for you. If you are an athlete we may also do some agility and speed tests. We will help you decide if a 30 or 60 minute program works best.

We offer 30 and 60 minute classes designed to strengthen yourself along with “feeling the burn” and improving your cardiovascular system. You will love the classes and instructors because we encourage people of all shapes and sizes to join us in a very comfortable environment!
