The main thing I want to complain about is the fact that our instructor (Zach) spends so more time talking to the other instructors or drinking out of his whataburger cup. I paid for my child to get taught how to learn to swim not just sit on the step of the pool. Well, we have been with HSC club for about 4 months, all the coaches are pretty good. But the down side was the lady named Tosin at the front office, who for no apparent reason been super rude to us today. And I’m still shocked on what has happened: so we arrived to the swim club at 4pm with 3yo little girl for our private class, and I promised my daughter to get her new goggles and a swim cap. When we checked in, I asked the registering young lady if they have proper size goggles for a 3yo petite girl. My daughter wanted just the pink ones, so the lady gave us to try one and we ended up buying them. I asked for a pink matching swim cap, and she said that that I can get it at the front office. So I went there while my lil one had her class, the new lady at the front office’s reception desk wasn’t sure which size would best fit a 3 yo. I didn’t want to get something that won’t fit, as my girl is petite. I came back after the class just to show my daughter the swim caps and let her choose the pattern herself. She picked one, and I asked the receptionist if we could have tried it to be sure! She replied: “yes, of course!” When suddenly out of nowhere jumps a lady from the side office and tells me with loud voice: “ you’re trying this- you’re buying this!” I swear God, my intention was to buy a swim cap, after all 15$ after paying 70$ for 30 mins of private class isn’t biggie, but the was that lady (whose name I found out is Tosin) jumped from the side office and talked to me as if I’m begging for something or not going to buy it, felt really as a disgust! I calmly replied: “If it fits my little girl’s head I’ll and receptionist allowed us to try, so i don’t understand why you’re talking to me this way, mam!” Tosin replied: “Nobody tries it during covid!” I asked why there is no note: “No trying out or you try= you buy!” Tosin said: “We don’t have to put such notes!” Well if they don’t let customers know in advance, why there is a problem at first place?! Or its more likely she was picking on me?! Besides I just bought a goggles at the same facility and I was allowed to try them before buying and I bought them as they fit! After that i just ignored her bought this silly cap and we left. Lol, during covid millions of people buy millions of things and they return, haven’t they tried those things?! Or when I see in supermarket people trying to return a half eaten packs of blueberries or apples is it normal?! They do it, coz they have rights! Now I don’t do anything from that to be treated like this, after we were misinformed by their own fault, i don’t understand how they have so mismatch on policies and being so rude to their loyal and nice clients, after all I wished I did business somewhere else, even with amazon, where you can return anything if it doesn’t fit, just saying! Just because of smn’s rudeness i really don’t want to continue our classes in that place. Im sure there many more swim clubs with better service! My kids love their swimming class. They are nice and patient with my boys. So my twins are 2 and last vacation this summer we rented a house with a pool, one of my kids was walking by the pool while I was still setting up and fall in, he was able to swim (poorly but surely) towards the step while I ran to get him. give a five☆ to the swim instructors . some of the lifeguards standing around need to be more aware of the children instead of chit chatting. there are kids that are more active than others and can easily slip and fall (saw some toddlers going in n out of the pool while instructor working on another student). also, did not see security measures... back doors behind the building are open and any crazy person can walk in (example: shooting at a summer camp) , no sign saying if weapons are allowed. easy improvements 👍 More...

Instructors themselves are great. Facility is great as well. What was problematic for us as a family, was justifying spending $24 a kid to go to a 30 min class, when the instructor has 3-4 kids total per instructor. We have twins so we were paying almost $50 for a 30 min session, BUT due to the instructors having to teach 3-4 kids at a time, each child only gets about 8-10 mins of individual time with the instructor. Sure, they do a few things that do not require swimming, but each day I felt my kids were being under served. I wished it would have been better, but I now see why other places charge more for swim lessons. I can’t even say you get what you pay for here. Management is very unorganized. One Monday THEY canceled the clases but they failed to provided spaces for those make up clases! We had to be checking up for open spaces to bring our three kids to make up for that class.They canceled the class, they were supposed to make arrangements for the make ups. If customers canceled the classes, is the responsibility. It should be as simple as that.Instructors are very nice and friendly! They get 5 starts! Also, you cannot save the spaces until Friday when you know the kids made it to the next level but guess what? By Friday there are not spaces any more. Kids already enrolled should have he first choice. It seems like management it is doing whatever they can for the new students and being careless about the kids already enrolled!If I have to bring my kids again here it would be because there are not too many choices around but not because we are happy with the whole planning. We do not have time available for three levels at the same time or close. They gave you coupon , you cannot use online, it does no have a barcode or number.
