Came in when I was feeling very dark, lost, and suicidal. I went in not knowing what to expect at all and feeling a little skeptical. But I allowed myself to open up and heal. She introduced me to new exercises that allowed me to immediately feel invigorated. She guided me in a meditation that I can confidently say changed my life. It felt like taking back a part of me that I have lost a long time ago. It helped me understand the importance of myself, other people, and life itself. Now thanks to her I have found a new direction in life. Understand that this is about healing yourself, so while Jen can do an amazing job, you have to meet her half way. If you go in with the right attitude - an open mind, and a will to heal and grow, you will find that this truly is something special.

I've been bringing my 94 year-old mom to group classes for a few months now. We both have gained flexibility, but more importantly, more mental clarity and patience. recently discovered Body and Brain Energy Healing Center in beautiful Manoa. I was led there out of a curiosity for qikong and energy healing I have had for 20 years now, but never found a starting point.
The introductory session with center manager Jen opened me up to the beginnings of energy and flexibility. I quickly then moved into the six sessions of energy healing basics. This is a set of practices designed to sensitize your body and mind to feeling Chi energy and moving chi around you, inside you, and through you. I began to open my chakras and release blockages, stagnant energy, and months and years of frustrations and emotional wounds.
These teachings and healings Jenni offers are truly multidimensional, life saving, and life invigorating on so many levels. I am feeling my creative and loving self return.
