I have had the opportunity to have So Savvy service for 3 events. I am happy to say that I was pleased with service rendered for each event. I am so proud of their professionalism. the quality of their food. I recently had them to cater a wedding rehearsal dinner for my daughter. What’s your signature dish?
Our Cajun and Creole dishes are the favorites. Blackened Tilapia, Blackened Wings or Salmon. Our Dirty rice and our Cajun Pasta with Chicken, Sausage and Shrimp are all Savvy Signature dishes!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We get the vision of the client and go from there. With our years of experience we have the ability to make creative suggestions to our clients that meet their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
The job is fulfilling and rewarding when clients leave feeling happy and satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We worked hard and diligent for companies doing things we really didn't like to do. Now we get to do what we love to do and get paid and it doesn't seem like work! Ann loves to cook and Daphne loves to decorate!
