Delicious Turkey dinner served beach side, it was excellent! Valerie is super accommodating, friendly professional and courteous. First thing, green beans(?) out of this world good, Mac & Cheese, unbelievable. Turkey, perfectly seasoned, moist, Dressing, epic, peach cobbler amazing. Valerie and Nicole did an amazing meal for us that included apps, drinks and dessert. All 6 of us LOVED the entire meal, we ate until we couldn’t take another bite, and there were leftovers! Had a delicious lunch of fried chicken, yams and green beans with a perfectly made Arnold Palmer. My dining partner had meatloaf with greens and mashed potatoes. It was so good I was half way through eating when I remembered to take a photo! And yes - had to get dessert-really could have taken home all the desserts! Will be eating here whenever I am in town. Tried Soul Bistro for the first time today, and for what will be be last time. Food tastes like straight from a can. Spent $41 on 3 meals. Should have bought 3 Marie Calendar meals and save $25. Would have been better. I will say the personalities of the employees was pleasant. Hopefully, they fix their food to match personalities, or this business may soon be gone. More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu is ine that is created after my clients answer a few questions about their event.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see people laugh and enjoy my food with the one/ones they love. Seeing the happy faces mean the world to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom to schedule my life and now that I’m retired from a 25 year naval career this is so wonderful.
Why should our clients choose you?
Im the better choice on the Emerald Coast. I will come to you for a one time event, the whole week, or open up my 60 seat resturant for your party.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My safe foodservice practices are inlined with current CDC guidelines. I wash my hands and ware single use gloves while preparing meals.
