Its owner and founding member, Oras Washington, began his passion for DJing in the High School, then doing a live on air radio mix show in college, then became a well known DJ figure in the Bay Area and Sacramento Valley.

This has always been my go to DJ for many years. I've used Oras for my daughters 21st birthday and she is now 34. I also used him for our wedding at a beautiful venue in the woods. He is always on time, conducts in a professional manner, fun and most of all He is really a good DJ with so many songs and has a selection of all kinds of genres of music. (Country, Rock and Roll, Blues, Jazz, R &B, Hip Hop. You name it and trust me, he has it. At my wedding, he was really nice and not rude to my guest requesting all kinds of songs because I have a wide range of nationalities that was there as my friends from work. Oras Washington Entertainment provided DJ services and MUCH more for our wedding ceremony. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He was very responsive from the initial contact and remained consistent throughout the entire planning process. We advised him of our vision for the ceremony and reception, and he provided everything we request, offered suggestion to enhance our vision, and executed each detail professionalism and perfection. We purchased his platinum package and it met our every expectation. The ceremony audio was perfect. There was a delay in the start of our ceremony and Oras kept all of our guest engaged by paying great music, which turned into a sing-along . The guest loved it. Once the ceremony started, the music was cued perfectly. He worked well with our singers to make certain that they had the proper equipment the sound quality was amazing. Oras played all of the music that we requested, crowd favorites, and kept our guests dancing all night long. I have actually use DJ Oras for multiple parties. He’s ready for any occasion. He is very responsive and reliable he adapts the music to the crowd.
Prices are reasonable and he’s a very pleasant person to work with. Bonus - He also offers karaoke services. He also coordinated with the band at one of our events.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
A few things, the ability to be able to read the crowd and understanding what they will respond to musically, a vast knowledge of music in different genres and 40 years of experience of rocking parties as a DJ.

Non-stop flow in the mix, also appropriate and adaptable to the situation.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people up and dancing to the music I play, I enjoy the accolades of a job well done!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It just naturally happened. All my experiences with paid gigs in high school and college, along with my involvement in radio and the college entertainment council, the logical next step was to start my own entertainment company

Aside from my attention to detail, professionalism, great equipment, great attitude, willingness to go above and beyond for the client, I am a damn great DJ and extremely versatile in all genres of music. I specialize in fun.

During covid I was hired to DJ Zoom parties and did some steaming on the Twitch online music platform.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When I do karaoke, I use individual mic overs and disinfecting wipes to clean mics for clients, will wear a mask if requested and I'm fully vaccinated.
