Denver based chef, Shauniece Perrin, fell in love with food at age ten. Since childhood, she has been on the search for the perfect meal. She began her culinary education at Johnson and Wales University and The Art Institute of New York. Her love of farm-to-table eating brought her to volunteering for Cooking Matters of Share Our Strength program.

Love this restaurant, especially the beautiful fireplace. They have a non-alcoholic grapefruit and rosemary cocktail that is too divine.
But who am I kidding: I love being in this McKim Mead White treasure, so artfully preserved converted.

Staying at the Ritz Plaza - Stonehenge is like living a dream even after 4 years living in there. Every time I go to bed, I see this view which is priceless. The amenities are fantastic as well (gym, laundry, etc)...The Staff -Administration Geraldine and entire Reception super friendly, which goes well beyond a simple hello, but really serving my needs. Great place for a single person wanting the adult luxury dorm style atmosphere. Being from NYC I’m used to the noise in the surrounding area but I can see how it would be alarming to those not from here.
The doorman are amazing and are always friendly and on top of everything.
I have been waiting for months however for a new microwave door. The heat and air could be better but it works. Nice activities in the building and I have amazing views.

I can’t say enough about the Lambs Club. I am a HUGE fan of the Chef/Owner, which led to our first visit. Our first dining experience here was nothing short of spectacular. The only thing that could have made it better would have been meeting the Chef himself. I HIGHLY recommend requesting the Chef’s tasting menu with the som’s wine pairings. We’ve been back two more times now, and enjoy it each time. If you haven’t been before, I recommend adding Lambs Club reservations to you next NY trip. More...

What’s your signature dish?
In my long cooking career I can prepare just about any savory dish, dessert, and pair wine. However, my signature dish is Fresh Herb Gnocchi Lamb Ragu.
My other specialties include fusing Asian flavors with American classics.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Once we nail down a menu and budget per person, we can then discuss possible plans for waitstaff, entertainment, or venue recommendations, if needed.
All dinner parties are intended for guest of 10 or more. Please ask about dinner's entertaining less than 10 people.
Wine is not included! Although, we can review your menu to create wine pairings for each dish or complimentary to the entire cuisine.
What do you love most about your job?
Being in the culinary field is experiencing food always changing and you can learn something new everyday and food is changing constantly and you can be a apart of it, it's creating new dishes and menus. Seeing the people you love benefit from it is a piece of heaven.
What inspired you to start your own business?
