Jonatan was amazing to work with! From the start, he was friendly, responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had about the process. During our engagement photo shoot he knew all the hidden little spots at Laguna Beach for the perfect shot, and made sure my then-fiance and I felt comfortable and less nervous. He was on top of it for our Long Beach wedding as well, we didn't have to worry about a thing and the photos & album turned out beautifully!! Words cannot even begin to express how happy I am with the professionalism and customer service Jonatan and his team provided! It was July, 2014. I had just purchased the engagement ring and was in the midst of developing a plan to propose. I had asked her parents for permission, picked our beloved beach spot for the engagement, and made dinner reservations at our favorite restaurant. Even after all of that planning, something felt absent or missing. It was at that moment that it occurred to me how special it would be to capture the moment with photos. After doing some research online, I came across Jonatan Saine Photography. The wonderful reviews and locality in Aliso Viejo made them the quintessential choice. After speaking with Jonatan on the phone it became apparent that I made the right selection. The proposal and photo shoot afterwards could not have gone any better, and I decided that same night that I wanted to book Jonatan for our wedding as well.

Fast forward to our wedding day on April 16, 2016. As chaotic as a wedding day could possibly be, Jonatan could not have been easier to work with. He carefully planned and coordinated with our wedding planner to ensure that our timeline was made, and that everything ran smoothly. In addition, he made sure that we were able to squeeze in some extra photos after the ceremony with just the two of us. Both the wedding and reception photos were absolutely beautiful, and we received numerous compliments about how polite and professional Jonatan's team was.

From proposal to marriage, Jonatan Saine Photography has been there through it all. We could not be happier with our decision, and hope to someday work with Jonatan again. We used Jonatan Saine for our family photo shoot for about the fifth time and the pictures turned out great again. We've had our pictures taken by other photographers in the past and they never manage to capture our children's personality. We always come back to Jona for a family shoot because we get the most amazing pictures to choose from with him. We are not a family of natural models and taking pictures can be stressful, but Jonatan makes it so much easier. Because he knows what he needs, he guides you on how to change your pose a little to get the best shot. The best part is his ability to work with kids. If you have any children in your shoot, this is the photographer to use. He knows how to handle small children fabulously and get them to give the right look, at the same time. Our kids always follow his instructions and give us great photos to choose from. (Something we can't get them to do at home normally when taking a picture)! We are soooo incredibly happy with Jonatan and will definitely be using him in the future! We received a gift certificate from our sister-in-law so we booked him for family photos for our holiday cards. Jonatan and his team captured our engagement session and my wedding day. We met with several photographers and Jonatan stood out after meeting him and we knew he was our top choice. His attention to detail and creativity really shown through. Not only is he fun and easy to work with, but he is very on top of it. We worked with Jonatan for our family photos and my daughter's one year pictures. Despite the unpredictable rain we experienced Jonatan managed to take beautiful pictures with no visible rain in the background. He was so patient with my 2 young kids (1 year and 3 year old) and captured all the precious moments for us. He was a pleasure to work with. Got some really nice shots of a beach sunset. We wanted the classic California Christmas look which you can only get at the beach! We got lucky - the beach and sunset were beautiful. We used some photos for our Christmas card and gifts for grandparents. Our beach themed location turned out well.   We're glad we brought a couple of Christmas props for a more festive look. Jonatan shot our son's one year pictures last weekend and we couldn't recommend him more! He was extremely responsive through his website and made booking easy. We had our wedding photos by Jonatan Saine Photography this past February. They are absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. He responded very quickly to all my communications. We met and discussed our special day. Jonatan was very professional, easy to talk to, very nice, and had a lot of experience with wedding photography. I loved the photos and albums I saw on his website. He asked us what we wanted and went over all the details with us. Even the things I didn't know about, he thoroughly explained and went over them with me. Jonatan and his assistant Angie were there to take pictures of us getting ready before the wedding, during the wedding, and afterwards at the reception. He took pictures of not only the big moments, but also the cutest little details like our rings, flowers, shoes, dresses, suits, church, restaurant, and cake. We had also planned on a session at the beach in the evening but because the time ran late, he was flexible about rescheduling that part. We received all our photos from Jonatan so quickly in a week and a half after our wedding! I love that they were all digital and all several hundred photos were ours to keep to print or produce as we wish. From start to finish Jonatan was very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. As soon as I contacted him, he responded an consistently communicated with information to satisfy my questions and concerns. During the photo session my son was scared of an area with crashing waves on the beach we chose so Jonatan quickly improvised and handled him super well to make him start smiling again. We booked Jonatan for a family session just last month. We chose to take our photos at the Irvine Regional Park. When I chose the location, I wasn't even thinking about how busy it would be the weekend before Halloween. It took us 30mins longer to get into the park and I was a little stressed. Jonatan called and let me know that he was there and not too worry and that he understood that we would be late. He knew the park very well, and was able to find the perfect places for the photos. The lighting through the trees was great. When booking my session, I told him that we wanted to use some of the photos for our Christmas cards. He came with props from ornaments to Santa hats to a chalkboard banner. Jonatan was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. He even had an assistant at the shoot, which was very helpful with getting our 11 month old's attention. When we received the photos, we were very pleased. It was a great experience working with Jonatan. Since the begining, Jonatan has been very helpful on picking the family beach photo session location recommendation for us. Due to we planned to take our family photos on the beah, weather and timing are the key essentials to the outcome of the photos. Jonatan proactively asked us to reschedule the photo session because it was forcasted to be a cold and raining day on the Saturday that we first scheduled to take our photos. Jonatan is very thougtful and being so understanding throughout the entire schedulling process.Finally on our photo session day, Jonatan came so prepared that he provided a cute little "Love" sign for my kids to hold on to. We booked for a 15-minute photo session but Jonatan spent more than double of the time for us to get ready and arranged us taking pictures on various spots to cover the sandy beach, different rock formations and the ocean. BOOK JONATAN NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I came to Newport beach for my bachelorette retreat and wanted to make it extra memorable by having a bridesmaids photoshoot. It was so much FUN! I booked a maternity session with Jonatan in December 2013 last minute when I was 35 weeks pregnant. I was so glad he was able to squeeze me in when  another couple cancelled. I sent him maternity pics beforehand that I like so he had a good grasp what I had in mind, Jonatan is very creative and he knew exactly how to create the best surrounding and make beautiful pictures. I just did my maternity photo shoot with Jonatan Saine Photography and all I have to say is Jonatan is truly amazing. I love Jonatan's photography!!!

Before my wedding in September I was nervous about choosing a photographer since the pictures will last a lifetime and it came down to 3, but with Jonatan's professionalism about getting back to me so quickly, his prices, and working with me on the time the wedding started to the time it finished, I knew that I would let Jonatan be my photographer and IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE! !!

Me and my fiancé were looking to take some family portraits before our son reached his year! We booked a family shoot with Jonatan and he was more than accommodating. He was polite and punctual! Jonatan came up to Huntington Beach as an almost last minute booking.  We were in town celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and wanted to give them the gift of family photos.  We were so very lucky to have found Jonatan and had a wonderful time working with him!  There were 14 of us, 6 kids ages 2-12.  He was so kind and patient with the kids.  When the two year decided that we were done, Jonatan knew exactly how to squeak out a few more smiles from our little guy.  We haven't seen all of the photos yet, but the one he did send me as a sneak peak was absolutely gorgeous!  We would hire him again in a heartbeat and I hope we get to work with him again! I wanted to take pics of my newborn son with his dad and grandpa for fathers day as well as a few of my son, husband and I for our first family photos. Jon was extremely patient with my sons fussiness and generous with his time. In no way was he impatient or did he make us feel rushed during the shoot. I was extremely excited when I received our pictures by mail. Items were presented  wonderfully.  It was the best presentation and packaging that I have ever seen from a photographer including my wedding for which I spent close to a thousand dollars.
