Finishing Touches sets the bar extraordinarily high when it comes to custom, customer service. Our home building experience was no walk in the park (to say the least), but we always felt sure and taken care of by the whole team at FT. Their professional team of decorators and design experts quintessentially offer honest and effective feedback on every aspect of the building process. Most impressive is their turn around time on any project or phase of your design experience. They.Get.Things.Done. However, what sets them apart is not only do they get things completed for your projects, they get it done right. I can not stress how important this detail is during a home building process. Finishing Touches takes ownership of your hopes and dreams and with careful collaboration they make sure your vision and expectations are not only met, but exceeded. It was honestly such an honor to work with Kelly and her team. She was there every step of the way. I cannot say enough about Finishing Touches. Kelly & her whole design team were incredible. We built a new home & they were with us every step of the way. They helped with every selection from plumbing & lighting fixtures, paints, tiles, even the best wall outlet! They let no detail go unnoticed. I can't say enough about Finishing touches and the team Kelly Scully has in place. They really got it right. They listened to our personal style, used thoughtful consideration in choosing furniture and fabrics that worked well with our two boys and two dogs. Not to mention, we had so much fun working with them! I would highly recommend working with Finishing Touches and will continue to use them for the other rooms in our house. While trying to do a home remodeling project, I found that I was unsure of the choices I was making on my own. Since my project was going to cost me a lot of money I wanted to make sure I was making good selections! So, I contacted Kelly Scully at Finishing Touches. She helped me with color selections, wood and tile selections and placement, in addition to recommending some interior decor items. It is so refreshing to work with such a professional. I am building a new home and Kelly Scully is our interior designer. I had no idea the scope of work that would be involved in this process.
She is unbelievable! She is so detail oriented and precise - she has documented every change and has communicated everything to the builder! This behind the scene work has made such a difference. And I have not even mentioned her skill and creativity in assisting with our design selections! I can't wait to post the finished product on Houzz so everyone can see!
The building portion is now complete and Kelly and Brooke have now assisted with all our furnishings. They even accompanied us to the Dallas Furniture Market to assist us in selecting everything for our new home! When we came back I would go to her design studio and they would have the drapery and accent fabrics all laid out for me to pick from! It was painless and so exciting! Everyone that enters our home is blown away by how gorgeous it is!
