We had a leak. We wanted it fixed. We didn't want a new roof. I tried fix A. It didn't work. We called Exterior and Mike came out. He suggested fix B for me to try since the roof looked OK in his estimation. That didn't work either so we hired them to put a new roof on. That worked. No more leak. Mike returns calls and he shows up. The estimate seemed fair enough. The crew was fast, just three hours start to finish. We have a typical post war split level, an easy job as far as roofs go so there wasn't any major derring do or complicated stuff, just straight get to work and bang it out. We've got some kind of disorder that causes us to buy very old houses. This is the 3rd pre-1900 House we've lived in, so we've met a lot of roofers over the years. Mike is the best one we've worked with. He gave us a good quote on the roof with a problem, and also looked at a couple of our other roofs and gave us predictions on how many more years they had in them, rather than trying to sell us on doing them now. His crew was great, and they did super-clean work. A new roof is easily my least favorite type of home-improvement; it's a lot of money just to get back to where you were to begin with. This company, and Mike, are amazing.  I was desperate for a roofer when the buyer of our house needed an estimate, and Mike called me back within half an hour and was at my house shortly thereafter. Based on his responsiveness, a fair estimate, and the sterling reviews on Yelp, I hired him to do the job, which he finished promptly. He is professional and communicative and a joy to work with.
