Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids had the pleasure of the Chef Austin and Chef Nat experience while on spring break in the Smokey Mountains. What an exceptional experience! Chefs' prepared amazing dinners, prepped breakfasts, did a cooking experience/class with the kids that was really special and always cleaned up which was the gift that keeps on giving for us parents on spring break! We truly enjoyed watching them cook, learned a ton along the way and had an absolute blast trading stories the entire week. AWESOME!!!!  I can't tell how great this Rehearal Dinner event turned out.  Chef Kevin was amazing and the food was just increditable.  Everyone there went back for thirds and forth meals.  No, not seconds, but again thirds and fourths.  Food was just prepare and it looked as if it came from a magazine.  I would recommend Elite Personal Chefs to anyone, who wants to have great food and great service.  Just amazing!!!! I have commissioned EPC for two private events and every time I am reminded why I only work with them and continue to refer them to my network. Chef Austen has assembled a BEST IN CLASS group of chefs who leave a stellar impression with their culinary genius but also because of their passion for their profession. I had Chef Ricardo and Chef Alyssa at two separate events and for each one my guests raved about the food for months. Then more than one request for an introduction to the Chefs. This is because the skill they have is powered by love and joy for food and how it can be used to deliver immediate pleasure. The menus were vibrant with flavors and spices; that was very important to my husband and I given our Middle Eastern origin. The variety and the quantity left no one hungry if not in a food coma. Most importantly, the way they collaborated with me for each of their events continued to validate the brand promise they live by: collaborative, creative, imaginative and very elite in the literal meaning of the word. Chef Tim and his assistant Frances came to our house a couple weeks ago to cook for my wife's 50th bday party. They were both extremely reliable, friendly and the food was fantastic. It was exactly what we wanted.They showed up on time and at the end of the night, they put all the leftovers away and cleaned up the entire kitchen including taking out the garbage! Chef James was simply amazing. He kindly covered for another Chef last minute and helped my husband and I host a plated dinner for 8 guests on NYE. He took the original menu and elevated it to the next level. The portions were generous (we even had leftovers), and every single plate was delicious. Chef Ashely came to our home and did not disappoint! Not only the food immaculate but she was funny and overall a pleasure to be around throughout the dinner. Chef Alyssa Price did an incredible job of making my wife's surprise birthday party memorable.  From the planning and menu selection (my wife is pregnant, and Chef Alyssa was fantastic about finding options that would work around her food aversions), to the setup and the kind way she interacted with all of our guests, not to mention how amazing the food was, which, despite the restrictions, was creative and delicious - Chef Alyssa was truly a great addition to our event.

My husband and I had an AMAZING cooking class at our home with 6 friends and Chef Michael.  We landed on a Mediterranean menu which included 3 courses and sweets.  Everyone was able to participate in making multiple menu options which included rosemary roasted almonds, Greek salad, pita bread, cioppino, spiced lamb kofta and much more.  Our friends are still talking about what an amazing experience this was!  We are looking forward to using Elite Personal Chefs for more events at our home. Austin came over to do an interactive meal for my mom's birthday. We selected a pre-set menu ahead of time and Austin made sure to incorporate my mom's favorite foods. To say that we were pleased in an understatement. Austin brought his talent and knowledge to help us learn how to cook better and it made for some great tasting food. All 8 of us watched Austin cook for five hours plus and some how more impressed with each item that was placed on the table. How cool is it that Austin made his own pickles, onions, ketchup and truffle aioli right in front of us!The gnocchi Bolognese and banana fosters chocolate creme desserts were to die for. We recently completed our second event with Chef Yancey of EPC. This adult birthday celebration for 10 was as good as the first 3 years ago. Every single item he prepared, from appetizers to drinks to the main course and to the dessert was fabulously delicious !  And in addition to the great food, the personality of the Chef was excellent as well to make for a truly memorable experience. Not only did the adults love the food but so did the kids ranging in age from 10 to 16. If you are looking for a truly unique experience, do not hesitate using EPC. WOW! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Another chef we had scheduled for NYE canceled on us last minute. We scrambled to find another one and knew it was a long shot. Chef Austin immediately took our issue into his own hands and worked his magic. Within minutes he found Chef Eddie. Chef Eddie made us an incredible meal and was very accommodating. All of the food was prepared in our kitchen. He did not bring anything pre-made. He also brought along an incredible server, Abby, who served our food as well as cleaned the dishes. Long story short, Elite Personal Chefs was able to accommodate our New Years Eve dinner for 7 at the last minute and they DELIVERED! Chef Eddie and Abby were AMAZING and created a fantastic experience for us. They were professional, timely and very fun! The food was incredible and was coursed out perfectly. My only regret is that my eyes are bigger than my stomach...but we got to enjoy the leftovers! It was truly a seamless experience and great for a special night in. We hired Chef Yancee and EPC for our wedding at our house in Lincoln Park. We wanted a more private setting and still had 50 guests. Chef's team was unbelievable from start to finish.Planning: We jumped on the phone and created a very straight delicious and straight forward menu with ease. Chef knows exactly how to pick the meals even with our request to have everything always being passed rather than plated. We found a really great way to serve all of our food in single serving items to be COVID friendly and safe. Day of setup: His team arrived early and set everything up without me asking a thing. I am a control freak to a degree, especially at my own home, and it was dead on perfect. We procured flatware and alcohol, yet his team was able to  obtain everything, package all the unneeded nicely away from anyone's view and compliment the decor. Day of during: The party was a hit and everything was seamless and really delicious. With having practically 100% of food passed rather than served plated, not 1 person ever said they were hungry or wondered where the food was. Their team tirelessly churned out amazing meal after meal and served them perfectly. I heard many mentions during of how amazing the food was and Michelin Star quality. I could not agree more! Their team kept everything 100% tidy at all times. All plates, cups and things left behind were picked up in meer seconds after not in use. This staff was laser focused on making sure that was done at a fine dining restaurant style of speed and accuracy. At night, they prepared late night tacos on our outdoor kitchen and we could not be happier. I forgot to mention, they build proper drinks. Our menu was old fashions and classic hemingway daiquiris. The drinks were spot on and they prepared 50 of them ahead of time as welcome drinks perfectly set out for each person to pickup and then the rest passed. It was perfect. The bar on our deck was running 100% of them time and not 1 person every stood in line or waited - always perfect. His staff walked around taking orders and delivered on point. Cleanup: I was blown away by this. When you have a party at your home, you expect to wake up to a disaster. It was clean - literally perfectly clean. Every part of the kitchen was spotless and the stove, grill and everything used in untouched cleanliness! They took out and stacked all the trash in the alley as well to be compliant with city code. Incredible is all I have to say. We had a full detail cleaning service the next day and they did not have to touch very much since his staff took care of it - including the bathrooms! Just wow. Overall, I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could. From planning, execution to cleanup it was perfect. They really made the party/wedding and most of you know, the food and drinks dictate what people remember a good portion of. On top of that, having a team that has Michelin Star restaurant experience elevates anything you are doing. Everyone 100% felt and knew that this was a city wedding of higher caliber; no corners cut specifically because we had Chef and his team at EPC. More...

I used Elite Personal Chefs for a recent wedding event I hosted. Planning an event from out of state has its own restrictions but as soon as I found EPC and Chef Carolanne I was at ease. From the planning process, she was responsive and really wonderful to work with to determine the perfect menu and budget and continued the right amount of communication and coordination leading up to my event. The event itself was a hit, mostly due to amazing services from Chef Carolanne and our EPC bartender Klaus, they were extremely professional but also very relaxed and fun and went above and beyond to deliver a 5-star experience. We are so grateful to have worked with Chef Alyssa from Elite Personal Chefs for seven months. We are a family feeding a range of ages and folks with various nutritional needs, and all of those needs were beyond met with Alyssa. We originally hired her on for a two week basis plus a holiday brunch menu plan, and then we kept her on for an additional six-and-a-half months because her approach really impressed us. Like, a lot!!!She menu planned, learned our tastes (collaboration was tops!) and executed the needs of many (modifications and substitutions, etc.) seamlessly. She even had our picky eating kid eating vegetables! Alyssa was an absolute pleasure to work with and is so talented in the creation of her flavors, sauces and textures. We even had a menu one week where she brought dishes we missed from a top Chicago eatery to life. If you can dream it, she can make it! If you're regimented and aren't dreaming a lot and just need really good, balanced meals, she is also supremely talented at that kind of output as well. We so missed when she'd visit us and cook in home once COVID-19 hit. During that time she was a lifesaver and delivered meals that rocked our world. Alyssa is so professional and timely in sharing draft menus and is highly responsive and adaptable. She was always on time, always extremely clean and thorough, and she loved to teach us some of the skills she learned in order to prepare such wonderfully thought out meals. Chef Alyssa is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, and excellent chef. My boyfriend and I ordered weekly meals from her during COVID and I was beyond impressed! Alyssa made the whole process enjoyable and even more so, she's a joy to be around. She collaborated closely with us to make a meal plan that fit our dietary needs and executed it with such perfection every time. She always catered to our requests, large or small. Chef Eddie and his team were phenomenal. When some planned travel was cancelled, we decided to bring the Caribbean to my parent' s backyard. Anyone who travels knows that the food makes up so much of the experience. Chef Eddie and his team ensured that our group was immersed in the Caribbean culture as we enjoyed everything from beautifully crafted cocktails, lite bites, an incredible dinner spread, and of course, delightful desserts.
