I do not run a full fledged business, I am a mere specialist who offers his time to his clients.

While I may operate part time, the times I make available to my clients grant me the ability to focus on their problems and needs.

Some of my services can be done online/remotely. My website creation, maintenance, and upkeep services are 100% online and some basic troubleshooting steps may be done over the phone to see if there is a need for on-site support. Phone support services are available by appointment and/or during my free time. If calling for support, please leave a fully detailed message, including the issue at hand.

As an independent tech, I take the health and safety of my customers and myself very seriously. I perform daily health screenings of myself and require that all in-person services are performed with masks on and in a way that promotes social distancing. I also encourage and perform regular hand washings and the use of hand sanitizer. Additionally, when we setup an appointment for in-person services, I do ask customers to perform a health check and ask if they have any symptoms of COVID-19.
