People couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was at our wedding. Everyone loved the variety and quality of the food provided by Albanese catering. They are small but growing business and with that does come growing pains. We had been promised the use of real plates for our reception but the week of, they found out that they had double booked the plates and we were going to be given high end disposable plates, which was not what was agreed upon. We used Albanese for our wedding, serving 120 people at the Hernando Beach Club. The food was one of the most raves and talked about part of the wedding, everyone loved it! Albanese Catering was fantastic, they did our wedding on June second and our family and friends are still raving about how good the food was. I can’t thank them enough for making our day so special, The chicken Parm was my personal favorite, but there was so much food it was so good, I’d like to thank them personally for all the hard work, because our air conditioning was acting up in the clubhouse, but they just kept right on serving with a smile, And not only served, but cleaned up so we had no Mess to worry about. Delicious food, made and delivered to our home, which I thought was very convenient, since I am disabled and can't always leave home to pick up food or shop for healthy groceries, much less cook and freeze ahead like I used to, when I'm not physically well. Mike and Tracy even made sure that my questions about low-salt, low-carb were answered. Tracy delivered a meal for six: salad with cucumber and tomato, and ranch dressing on the side, bread, stuffed chicken and mashed cauliflower, all perfectly portioned out. We had them cater my daughters Communion party on May 6th, and it was absolutely amazing!! I could not decide where to get the food from, because choices are a bit limited in Spring Hill. I didn't want the same old food from the places we order take out from, so when I found this place online I was hopeful it would be okay. The food was SO good, and they set up everything!! They include the plates, napkins and plastic ware in the color of our choice, and even all the dipping sauces for the chicken finger tray I ordered:) It all looked so nice! I thought only the kids would eat the chicken fingers, but they weren't the usual restaurant style ones, they were thin cutlets, breaded and fried to perfection. I couldn't stop eating them! The eggplant parmesan was one of the best I've had, and the sausage and peppers were gone in the first 30 minutes of the party. We also had the assorted dessert tray which was beyond delicious. The cupcakes were moist and fresh, and the brownies and cookies, were to die for. The fruit tray was good too! We're using this place for all of our parties from now on. Albenaise catering I hired Albanese Catering for my daughter's wedding on Jan 28th 2018 unfortunately it was the worst catering job I've ever seen. They were late getting there, my guests were starving by this time. The set up looked nothing like on their website. They didn't bring everything all at the same time. They forgot the warming trays so the food was cold, pasta stuck together. I had to get serving utensils from my house because all they had were plastic forks and spoons. I was supposed to get coffee and tea service, it never happened. I had to make my own. Mind you I had 60 guests. They did apologize and refunded some of our money but 3 months later and I am still waiting for the last refund they promised. They still charged us for the food witch in my opinion we shouldn't have been charged for at all. So if you plan on booking them make sure they haven't over booked themselves for your date.
