Hey, I hope you are keeping well. My name is Carol. I have in the past struggled with eating disorders, particularly anorexia. If you are struggling with an eating disorder I may be the perfect fit for you. I often have a simple introduction call that is 15-20 minutes to get to know each other and to find out if we have a good connection. Debra Johnston is a highly qualified accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She works with adolescents and adults. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Counselling and psychotherapy from Middlesex University and is also a Qualified Mindfulness Teacher among other trainings and qualifications. Debra originally trained as a Mental Health Nurse and then went on to complete her core training as a Counsellor in Person Centred and Humanistic Counselling.
