Debra Johnston is a highly qualified accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She works with adolescents and adults. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Counselling and psychotherapy from Middlesex University and is also a Qualified Mindfulness Teacher among other trainings and qualifications.

Debra provides Counselling and Psychotherapy to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, loss and bereavement, stress, anger, abuse, self esteem struggles, trauma, adoption and physical health issues.
Debra also offers 1:1 therapeutic mindfulness sessions.
