What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I can make a difference in people's lives at a time when they are in need. It is a privilege to have people trust you in their time of need, and rewarding to be able to support them in gaining understanding and solutions to the challenges they face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked initially as a physiotherapist, but realised that many people had emotional and situational challenges that were slowing their progress. I changed over to counselling 15 years ago and really love it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think it's really important to feel that you get on well with a therapist and that they understand you. Talking to your therapist should help you decide if they are the right person for you.

Since covid 19, I have moved to primarily online consultations.
