I spent 30 years in the advertising world in London and Dublin, holding senior roles including as Board Director, Managing Director and CEO of international companies. In these senior roles I coached and mentored many people. Whilst this was one of the elements of these roles that I most enjoyed, I often found that I would come across ‘blockers’ in people that were hard to shift, whether those were anxiety, stress, negative beliefs, limiting thoughts or lack or self-confidence. My interest in helping people overcome these mental barriers and develop and thrive led me to start my own business in the wellness area.
