My own life experience inspired me to embark on the journey of Counselling and Psychotherapy. It was a journey full of ups and downs, a lot of pain and suffering. Eventually i received help and assistance from mental health professionals and, when i got well, i decided to go and help ordinary people like me to improve their mental health and build a better and more fulfilling life.
