What do you love most about your job?
I love being in a deep state of presence with my clients, which has a significant impact on therapy outcomes. I love stepping into the world of another person and experience what's it like to be them. What's more, i enjoy listening to other people's experiences and helping them find new and more effective ways of coping.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own life experience inspired me to embark on the journey of Counselling and Psychotherapy. It was a journey full of ups and downs, a lot of pain and suffering. Eventually i received help and assistance from mental health professionals and, when i got well, i decided to go and help ordinary people like me to improve their mental health and build a better and more fulfilling life.

I'm interested in their stories and experiences and have a sincere desire to help them. Majority of my clients tell me they feel better after they visit me.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Face to face counselling available with social distancing in place;
hand sanitizers at the entrance area;
clients are free to wear masks throughout the session.
