Liz Finegold
My aim is to support individuals to optimally manage their mental and physical health conditions so they are able to achieve their greatest sense of wellbeing. It is my priority when working with clients to develop a therapeutic relationship which builds upon the idea that the individual seeking support is genuinely the expert by experience of their condition. It is this belief which creates the most powerful collaboration between my clients and me and allows for the most change significant to take plac My aim is also to show respect for my client's unique experience and use techniques that work for them and their individual circumstances, goals and needs.

Sew In Brighton
Since its launch in 2008 Sew In Brighton sewing school's range of courses, workshops and classes have helped hundreds of people go from absolute beginner to confident and creative stitcher - making & altering their own (and family's) clothes and soft furnishings, meeting likeminded locals & finding a wonderful way to relax. Sew in Brighton owner and teacher Kat Neeser has 33 years experience of fashion design, sewing and pattern cutting. She ran her own fashion label in London, including a garment manufacturing unit, retail store & an international wholesale business. She has been teaching sewing and pattern cutting in Brighton for nine years and is particularly excited about helping students to make great-fitting, original clothes and beautiful, professional fashion/home accessories Sew In Brighton holds 10-12 classes, courses and workshops every week in Brighton & Hove for all levels - from Absolute Beginner to Experienced stitcher. We have a team of friendly and encouraging teachers (including Kat) who have a variety of skills and expertise on a huge variety of subjects - including making & fitting clothes, overlocking, curtains and blinds, knitting, pattern cutting, designing, lampshade making, alterations and much more.
