For some of my clients, the coaching programme is about finding a completely new direction in order to find more fulfilment, happiness and the right work life balance, including very often a more financially rewarding career. Many of my clients gain a promotion or negotiate a salary rise as a result of our work together. If your remuneration package were to rise by £5k, and you have 10 years left to retirement, your return on investment is £50k minus the cost of your coaching package. This is a relatively low estimate of the return for many clients. If your raise were higher and/or your time to retirement is longer, the return is even greater.
