For some of my clients, the coaching programme is about finding a completely new direction in order to find more fulfilment, happiness and the right work life balance, including very often a more financially rewarding career. Many of my clients gain a promotion or negotiate a salary rise as a result of our work together. If your remuneration package were to rise by £5k, and you have 10 years left to retirement, your return on investment is £50k minus the cost of your coaching package. This is a relatively low estimate of the return for many clients. If your raise were higher and/or your time to retirement is longer, the return is even greater. I would expect you to have more than just one promotion or salary increase over your remaining career, as you benefit from the programme long after we stop working when you continue to implement the strategies you have learnt.
