Within 10 minutes, he had professionally installed extra secure locks on both doors and placed locks on the windows to prevent another horrible event taking place. It has been a rewarding experience doing business with Zone CCTV from start to finish. From first contact, Simon promptly viewed my brother’s property and gave professional advice regarding the security of his home and gardens. There was no pressure selling and I can fully appreciate why as there is simply no need. His product and service speak for themselves and Simon sent links to professional sites so we could further research the systems recommended at our leisure. I was so impressed by his clear explanations and his work ethic that I asked him to view my property too. A date was set for both our properties to have installations on the same day and Simon kept us up to date on timings. His team were prompt, courteous, approachable in clarifying any questions we had and discussed the route of the cabling throughout the installation in detail sympathetically adhering to the characteristics of the buildings. As a result our installations not only exceed our expectations of high quality CCTV that can be accessed 24/7 from around the world but the cameras and cabling are discreet and blend in totally rather than being an unsightly obtrusive add on. I have no hesitation in recommending Zone CCTV. As we all do, I sourced other quotes and although tempted by a cheaper option through the recommendation of a friend I stuck with Zone CCTV impressed by their open and honest product, sales approach and reviews.
