Hello,

My name is Mathilde (aka Mattie), founder of Zest Ambition and certified Career Happiness Coach. Zest Ambition's mission is to create a society of happy, conscious and inspired professionals.

I use a blend of coaching, mentoring and positive psychology techniques to help clients find ways to make their career energising and motivating.

I created the career R.I.S.I.N.G methodology to accelerate the impact of my client interactions. I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs and career changers. Whether you want to grow your confidence, learn to set healthy boundaries, develop a positive mindset, create routines to boost your performance and/or calibrate your ideas to write the best yet chapter in your career, I'm here to help.

My style is gentle and holistic. In every client relationship, I endeavour to strike a balance between empathy, challenge and encouragement. I have been employed, self-employed and an entrepreneur. Over the past decade, I have worked in start-ups and for big corporations, in the UK and abroad, which gives me a great deal of experience and exposure to multiple working environment and allows me to connect faster and deeper with the goals and situations clients bring to our sessions.

Here are a few big themes that come back for almost every single one of my clients: mindset, self-doubts, procrastination, time management, productivity, balance and wellbeing.
