My computer got a virus and I need professional Christmas menus for my tearoom urgently found Kevin and Richard in Battlesbridge not far from my home,they said I could pop down as soon as I could and they would be able to help me out. Where do I even start Honestly Zenessex has helped me massively with my dessert stall, without their expertise and fab ideas I wouldn’t of got my dessert stall the way it looks now. They helped me design my logo, banner, stickers, posters and t shirts. I’m very fussy so I was worried how the final designs will look like but honestly I have loved every design and everything they have done for me! ZenEssex have undertaken two recent print jobs for me: holographic and digital prints on fabric and a series of photographic canvas banners. The outcomes have been fantastic. What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We need the design ideas and themes, no matter how rough, even a sketch. We can take your sketch and make it work for merchandising. It also helps us to make the final price for our clients.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We print for a diverse range of clients. Bands, local companies, schools and sports teams, smaller fashion brands, and walk in customers who just want a couple of pieces made for a special event or party.
Describe your creative process.
We take time with our clients, so they fully understand what is available for them. We are thorough in every aspect of the design process and we are sticklers for quality control.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need the design image idea, the quantity to be produced and is it a repeat job, or a one off.
What do you love most about your job?
We really like making a design and then seeing someone we don't know wearing the product. And we like a job well done, when both the client and zenessex win, and have pride in what has been achieved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Inability to find a company that does what we do, so we made it ourselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients could choose us, based on our in depth experience. Our relationship with each client, that we work with them on every aspect of the making, and also we are easy going and fair with pricing.
