Are you finding life’s difficulties are becoming overwhelming and you need someone to talk to and share your experiences? I offer a warm and gentle approach by providing a confidential, safe and ethical space to help you to explore your most innermost thoughts and feelings. I do not advise, judge or tell you what to do - I, purely, lend a listening ear and do my utmost to understand and empathise so that, together, we can find a way forward to a place you want to reach.

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor with over two years experience, and am a Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
