Hi there!
My name is Zak and I am a Dentist who provides private tutoring working to help students GCSE and below achieve their highest grades in their exams. Being a tutor for 5 years+ has provided me with the experience to fully maximise the efficiency of my sessions and provide students with sessions that provide a much more concise alternative to their usual teaching in school.

Working with zakir has been great so far….he breaks down the things I don’t understand so that I am able too and he doesn’t move on to the next topic until I reassure him I understand what’s being taught

What do you love most about your job?
To see how my knowledge has helped someone succeed in the same way that I have during my education. It's always very rewarding for me when someone I have taught has achieved what they were striving for; this is the aspect of tutoring I take pride in!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a student at university its often difficult to find the time to be able to go back to the things you enjoy doing. Bark gives me an opportunity to take up previous roles I had made an impact in and continue doing it:)
Why should our clients choose you?
Being an experienced tutor myself, I have worked at 2 different tuition centres in Dewsbury and private tutoring aswell across a period of 5 years. I am quite familiar with the tutoring environment and also being someone who had tutoring themselves at a young age, I can understand the difficulties young students face when going through the education system today. After working really hard at GCSE and at A-level, achieving A's in my subjects and going through a gruelling process to get into Dental school, I would like to be able to help others also achieve the same. If you would like someone who will try their very best to ensure your child succeeds then I will be more than happy to help!

I mostly provide tutoring remotely over a video call however, if you are close to my postcode then I can make an exception no problem:)

Offering tutoring in Maths GCSE and below. Topic areas are covered via a presentation or through a revision guide. This, aswell as all my other services are delivered over zoom.

Offering tutoring for GCSE and below in all science areas . Involves focus on going through revision guides for content and tackling exam questions straight after.
Dental Nursing
I also provide tutoring in those attempting to achieve top marks in their dental nursing exam. I use dental nursing textbooks for my resources and aim to discuss MCQ's at the end of each session with regular progress monitoring in a systematic manner. Please contact me for further information
