Zack has been incredibly helpful, supportive and adaptable as a trainer. He is knowledgable, a great listener while also motivational. He’s been able to help create plans to match my hectic work schedule to ensure that my fitness targets are challenging yet achievable. To top it all off, he’s also a really nice guy! ’ve been training with Zack for 3-4 months now and it’s been brilliant.

Zack’s provided me a sustainable structure which includes targeted gym work and advice around nutrition and eating. This means that all I need to think about in the gym is the exercises given to me and food wise I can still enjoy some of the good stuff as long as we’re balancing things throughout the week.

We’re really starting to see good results now and I can’t believe how quickly this has been achieved.

I’d recommend for anyone who’s main issue with fitness is a lack of structure and time like me!

Zack has been my PT for a few months now and the sessions have been fantastic. He crafted a programme for me which was just right - a good level of challenge while still being fun and motivating. And he gave me great advice on other aspects of my fitness too (like my diet, running and when to rest). I've been very happy with the results. Plus Zack is a super nice guy. Zack is an excellent personal trainer. He has a wide scope of knowledge about nutrition and exercise and provides his clients with guides on these. He is always available to message for advice which he explains thoroughly. He cares a lot about his clients but he also likes to help and support anyone and everyone who requires guidance in fitness. The workout routine he has planned for me is challenging and effective and I feel great from it. I have also struggled with disordered eating in the past and he has been very sensitive and helpful when catering toward that, encouraging me to eat enough calories while also eating nutritiously. If you want to get fit, lose weight, get ripped or even recover from an injury, Zack is your guy!

I’ve known Zack for over 4 years now, first as a PT at my gym and for the last 2 years as my personal PT.

From the first time I had the misfortune of getting absolutely shredded in one of his HIIT sessions, I have admired Zack for his high attention to detail, incredible knowledge of health and fitness and body mechanics and his dedication to seeing healthy, long term gains for myself and his clients.

Zack is a details guy, he works closely with you to really understand exactly what it is you’re trying to achieve, and then he creates the plan to get there.

He is also understanding, if you don’t quite manage to hit your targets, he helps you understand why, adapts your plan and keeps you motivated.

I’ve experienced excellent strength and fitness gains working with Zack but also frustrating periods of injury, that he has helped me completely overcome.

Zack is someone who talks the talk and walks the walk and his own personal development is motivating and inspiring.

I’ve been training with Zack now for around a month and it’s been brilliant.

Zacks provided me a sustainable structure which includes targeted gym work and advice around nutrition and eating. I contacted Zack because I wanted to work with a trainer who could plan around my hectic schedule. Zack absolutely delivered on this, not only crafting a fitness programme that suited my busy lifestyle, but also guided me in my food and nutrition to a healthier and more sustainable level.

Along with the expertise knowledge that Zack imparts, he’s also super supportive and helpful, consistently giving advice and adapting plans where needed, whilst still
ensuring you stay on track with your fitness goals. For the first time in my life, I’m not just exercising towards looking better, but actually wanting to be healthier and stronger for the right reasons.

I have been working with Zack on and off for probably over 2 years now. He is a true professional, always super positive and has helped me enormously build confidence back into myself. I’ve finally got to a point were exercise is part of my lifestyle, which has always been a struggle. I work with zack online now and our weekly calls keep me on track as well as the super coaching software he uses. Super easy to record results and follow zacks guidelines.

Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to build confidence and get fitter.
