How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very important. As a person who has had a splenectomy my immune system is not as strong as most people. My wellness is very important to my bodies ability to combat viruses.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I can be both a very pushy coach or a relaxed coach. Wellness is not only about physical health but also mental health. So I help my clients achieve their goals through positive and reasonable goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work!!!
But hard work does not mean fear of the unknown. It just means pushing yourself further than you did yesterday.
What do you love most about your job?
Taking back control of your health makes you a more joyful and positive person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to be very overweight with many health issues. I have knocked on deaths doors a few times and decided to change it for the better.
