I’ve been training with Ylenia since March and I love it! I really let myself go this last lockdown and I didn’t feel like myself anymore but since training with Ylenia I am looking amazing and feeling confident again :)

I have been training with Ylenia for a month now and she has built up my stamina and I can now train for longer without getting so tired. I always feel motivated from her and she will push you through exercises and type of training that you never thought you could manage to do .
