Being a part of others' journeys in moving from a place of discomfort towards greater freedom and personal fulfilment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It became a natural progression from personal lived experience and formal training.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before covid, all my work was delivered in face-to-face sessions at various locations locally. Remote sessions via zoom have advantages, mainly being able to help more people in different areas without the need to travel.

Short-term Counselling
Short-term Counselling/Therapy is also known as Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
Choose from six, eight or twelve (1 hour-long) sessions. Where appropriate, I also offer single intensive sessions.
Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy (open-ended)
Open-ended Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy sessions are open and ongoing for as long as you feel you need them. The sessions are offered on a regular weekly or fortnightly basis, on a day and at a time agreed upon and discussed at the beginning of therapy and laid out within the therapeutic agreement.
