Fran has really helped me to get my life back on track - although I thought I was eating fairly healthily and exercised 3 times a week I was still overweight and putting more on. Fran sat me down and we went through my food diary in detail to pinpoint where I was going wrong. I have a made a few changes to my diet and activity but these have been pretty minor and haven't impacted on my life in the way some weight loss programmes might - they are also pretty common sense. Eat more fruit and veg instead of sugar and make sure your portions don't get out of control. I don't feel hungry and it all feels very achievable for the long term.
