Based in Berkshire in the UK, I've worked worked in the fitness industry since 2001, training people at home, in the gym and outdoors.

Working on a virtual/remote basis, I now use my knowledge and experience to create exercise programs and implement nutrition protocols using my tried and tested methods to help you train effectively, eat well and manage your sleep and stress better.
