I can thoroughly recommend Adam, he worked for me as a relief chef for 6 weeks and was excellent.I remember coming back to the Restaurant to find him jet washing kitchen equipment that hadn’t been cleaned by full time chefs for ages He is a honest decent hardworking chef and cares about your business his attention to detail and dish spec is excellent.
