Elite Origin provides 1-2-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training, Online Coaching and Sports Massage Therapy. We aim to show you how much potential you have to achieve your goals and how to do it safely and effectively!
Coming from a background of studying Sport and Exercise Science and working within the NHS, we provide both education and rationale behind your training and teach you how to execute correct technique with your exercises so you can become independent in your training.

Yasmin is great at what she does. We've trained together through the pandemic and she's been incredibly flexible and creative - virtual workouts, workouts in the garden, and workouts in the gym when allowed. The workshop was very insightful into how to properly train. Yasmin fully breaks down every step from posture to sets and reps.
What I loved most about it was that Yasmin was very hands on with everyone equally but made you feel as tough you were in a one to one personal training sessions.
Since the workshop I am a lot more confident in the gym, I am able to squat and deadlift, two things I was extremely nervous about, without feeling like I am doing it wrong. I have learnt which exercises best target each muscle and how to manipulate reps based on what I want to achieve.
I think she is the best person to go to if you are ever unsure and need help reaching your goals. Her classes are amazing too!

The entire process is a team effort! Providing you with a bespoke training programme, meal guidance and tips on how to adapt your lifestyle, I will be with your step by step to help you overcome any hurdles you may come across. Working together, we will break down your goals to be specific, realistic and manageable, allowing you to learn to incorporate exercise into your daily activities and availability.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Aim to have a body that you are happy with, without comparing yourself to others. In the world of Instagram, it can be easy to always look at what others are doing, rather than focusing on the progress you are making. Remember, not all progress can be seen in how you look, but also in, how you feel, how your eating habits have changed, how much more sleep you are getting or simply, how much you can endure at the start of your journey to now. The secret to the body of your dreams is to enjoy the process and make it a lifestyle, rather than a phase.
What do you love most about your job?
The job satisfaction! Helping people to push past barriers that they have set for themselves has the greatest reward. My job allows me to help people understand their potential and ability to develop their fitness goals. Training people and teaching them to become independent and providing them with knowledge that they can take away with them, allowing them to have a new found confidence leaves me smiling because I know I have done a good job.

Yes. Sessions can be done using Zoom. Additionally, if you are just looking for guidance and training plans to follow, the Online Coaching service allows you to exercise alone, but have your sessions written and tailored to your goals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Hand sanitiser is used and provided before and after each session. All equipment used is wiped down and sanitised before and after a clients session, ready to be used by the next person. Masks do not have to be worn by the client, but the trainer will wear one throughout the session.
Personal Training
One-to-one, bespoke Personal Training Programming to guide and motivate clients towards their goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle, you will be taught how to safely execute the exercises needed. Regular monitor and check-ins to ensure that clients remain on track and continue to strive for their end goal.
Sports Massage Therapy
Sports Massage Therapy is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. Sports Massage Therapy helps relieve muscular tension and mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain, especially following exercise and physical activity. The aim of Sports Massage Therapy is to enhance your functionality when performing general or athletic movements, allowing you to be more efficient.
