I ordered hair mousse x 4 on 9th April, weeks went by and I had not received them or was contacted. I sent several Emails and no reply. Luckily I paid by PayPal who kindly refunded my money. I will never use this site again and I certainly won't be recommending to anyone. Rip off merchants. Don't buy from them in case they do the same to you. More...

Great store! Great product knowledge! Great service! Very helpful and friendly staff! Fantastic range of products to choose from! Specially ordered items always arrive on time and nothing is too much for the Manager who's always available in-store or on the phone to assist me with all my hair-related needs and enquiries! This is a fabulous business and really great to speak to people who understand your needs and able to give that little extra time to help you with your hair, beauty and skincare questions! Had the pleasure to meet some fantastic staff on my visit to Xsandys. Very good selection of hair and beauty products at an affordable price. I bought the Primal Beauty black soap in late August 2016 and I just use the last of it. It really work on my skin to remove blemishes and I only use it once a day. The staff are very helpful. I was recommended a few products that I was unfamiliar with, but glad I took their advice as both my mum and I love what we purchased.
