My fence fell down in the extremely bad weather the other week. I contacted Bark who forwarded my number onto Xplore Construction Start to finish they explained to me what would be taking place on the day of the Job. They were even considerate to think about changing there shoe once in the house and changing again once out in the garden. They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them. More...

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
To comply with building regulations, the minimum distance between the highest point of the roof and the floor should be 2.2 meters. If you meet this requirement, you will have complied with building regulations and may then be subject to planning permission. However, in many cases, it is considered a permitted development.
