Virtual Coaching
I’ll do a 60 minutes session over the FaceTime or WhatsApp which will include the mobility and flexibility warmup, strength session focused on a good technique, HIIT session if required and cool down stretches. I’ll watch your form and execution of exercises and will explain how to perform them safely to avoid the injuries and to build strength efficiently.
1-2-1 Personal Training
60 minutes session at your preferred place. I can provide you with minimum equipment required to perform the session if you have no access to your own.
