James gives time and all round support to cater for what your wanting to achieve. Sessions are well planned and effective. I have been doing the summer challenge with James to lose the baby weight from my second baby. The sessions are hard but the results are brilliant! I’ve enjoyed each class I’ve been to and always look forward to the next class. After being out of action for about a year, since having a baby, my fitness levels were a lot lower than I’ve been used to, which I’ve found really frustrating. So the motivation and encouragement from James for me continue when I want to give in is great. I can tell already that I’m improving. I love these boot camps! Get a great all round workout but have fun too! James is excellent at what he does and is more then happy to take the time to give 1 on 1 support with personal goals, adapting exercises to suit individuals and nutritional advice! I’ve been doing boot camps with James for nearly 12 months now, and since Christmas become committed to more and more exercise. I’ve also started having PT’s to give myself a bit more of a boost. I’ve noticed changes in my body and I’m loosing the inches which are great to see, it definitely keeps me motivated to carry on. James has recently been helping me loads with my food/healthy eating and this small change along with the exercise is giving me the results I’ve been wanting for ages! More...

I have been doing Bootcamp’s with James for nearly 12 months now and enjoyed every minute of it, the sessions are really good and the group that does it are very welcoming.
I have also joined the summer body competition where James has offered great support and advise and helped me to get back a high fitness level and the change in my body I love especially after have my baby.
Could not recommend Xceed Fitness and James enough he is really enthusiastic in what he does and is a great coach

I wasn’t sure what to expect before I attended my first bootcamp session. I had visions of being punished with something like 50 x press ups if I couldn’t keep up with everyone else - thankfully this doesn’t happen! James is supportive & encourages everyone to push themselves but he doesn’t expect everyone to perform to the same standard (it’s more about setting personal targets and doing your best). I’ve been going to boot camp about 6 weeks now and I absolutely love it. Everyone who attends the boot camps are all really friendly and welcoming. I’ve noticed a great difference since I started, not only in weight loss but also in muscle tone and I’ve even lost inches. I would definitely recommend this group to others! Really enjoy the bootcamp sessions mixed group all ability don't need to be super fit to take part its as hard as you make it have a bit of fun as well James also offers advise on diet and nutrition before classes so if your wanting to lose weight and tone up or just keep fit give it a try �

I started with pt sessions as felt the bootcamp classes were out of reach for me. I’ve started my first Saturday morning bootcamps now and looking forwards to progressing to more. James is brilliant. I have felt welcomed, challenged and supported in my fitness journey and I highly recommend Xceed Fitness. His nutritional advice is knowledgeable and down to earth too. Loving the little helpful reminders to keep moving and positivity. We all work hard and have busy lives and James offers a superb service to help us to fit in fitness and exceed in that part of life.
