We contacted Xanders to do the catering for a joint 60th birthday party. Bob and Jan were both very helpful in making suggestions for the meal which we took on board including the idea of having a balloon display. On the evening, they provided a lovely spread and all the guests complimented us for the food which was very tasty. This helped us to have an extremely enjoyable birthday and we were glad we had chosen Xanders to look after the catering. A year ago we ordered from Xander's a poached salmon for 20 and it arrived punctually, beautifully presented, dressed with cucumber slices (looking like fish scales), shrimps and lemon. It was much admired by our guests, and was absolutely delicious. We also liked the potato salad, creamy and with plenty of green herbs.So we ordered the same thing again for a similar party this year, and it was again great.Looking forward to more next year, and we may even try something else... I have used Xander's a number of times now for both fun parties and more formal events. Their food is always delicious and service very professional, reliable and friendly. I have had a few themed parties where they did a great job creating the food to match the theme - no request appears to be too difficult. I have used Xanders at a few events, the Bowl Foods. Served hot, yummy and filling at Ceilidhs it was a perfect feed.
