What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
This varies on the involvement of the client, some clients would like to be heavily involved in the site creation while others want to sit back and let me work my magic. I guess the first question would be 'What sort of vision do you have for your site?'

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Very minimal changes have had to be made due to the nature of the business, the main difference is where I would normally meet the client for a coffee and a meeting, it can now all be done via Zoom or a good old fashioned phone call.
