Elena was just amazing! We rescued a dog from Greece, Claudie. She was matted and yellow, has so much fur and just not in a good way. I was worried about putting her through any more stressful situations but after Elena had reviewed her and created a bond I was happy to leave her. I couldn’t believe the difference, Claudie came out tail up wagging, clearly feeling so much better. Not only did Elena groom her she also checked over her and noticed a few sores that she advised I get checked. Elena is so caring but also so professional, she made our dog so very happy and looked like a different pup!(we did take Claudie to the vets and she has a few battle wounds from her stray days but nothing to worry about).Thank you Elena, we will be seeing you again.
