What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my companions flourish - and supporting their journey. It never ceases to delight me that through the medium of coaching we can form such a close bond and achieve so much together
What inspired you to start your own business?
I first started my own business some 30 years ago, so it was a natural step to begin my own coaching and mentoring company. It was the coaching learning, reading and training that made me realise that this was my true vocation - a little later in life than is ideal, but it is the life experience I've had that also sets me apart
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't conform to a process or model. I am intuitive and we work together - driven by your issues and goals - not by my pre-conceptions. We are companions on an unexpected, sometimes intense, but enjoyable and rewarding journey.

Well, through Covid it's all been remote and I've found video a powerful tool to work with. There's no distraction and it's easy to focus on the things that matter. In some ways it works as well or even better than face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've had it at least twice and am bristling with antibodies. That and zoom!

I have 30 years experience in business - having started, grown and sold companies. I have experienced failure and huge success and have a good handle on what makes people successful. My agency and consulting roles have exposed me to hundreds of organisations. It puts me in a good position to advise and mentor you. My coaching training has also taught me how to listen.
