Adam is fantastic PT who I have had the pleasure to work with for the last 5 years. He has had a very positive impact in my life as by working with him not only have I become fitter but also by making lifestyle changes it has had a tremendous impact on my overall well-being both physical and psychological. Adam is excellent at varying his sessions which has meant that I have had great fun along the way proof to the fact that I am still with him and loving every second of it after all these years. My biggest gain has been my cardiovascular fitness. From someone who would struggle to run for 3 minutes in one go I can now do 5ks and 10ks on a regular basis. I’ve been training with Adam for almost 5 years now. Initially at home, but now at the gym. After an initial consultation Adam structured an eating and training plan for me and I’ve not looked back since. I’ve made huge gains during my time with Adam and wouldn’t want to train with anyone else. I’m fitter than I’ve ever been and my body has changed beyond recognition - all of which has been achieved through the right training techniques and the right nutrition. Adam has an amazing knowledge of physiology and nutrition and seems to have a natural ability to connect and adapt to his clients. Adam is held in very high regard at the gym and is the natural ‘go to’ person for advice.Apart from the training itself Adam is very personable and makes each session an enjoyable experience. Each client will receive a personalised training routine that fits in with there weekly schedule. This gets updated as goals are achieved.

Healthy balanced nutrition is a must and this is combined with consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people achieve what they thought they could not achieve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in a few gym in the past so I thought why not take my passion and do all the hard work for myself and start this business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Besides my qualifications I started in the health and fitness industry first because of my passion for fitness. After a few years I took it further and decide to teach/coach others in achieving their goals.
