Wrapstars were booked to supply food for my Sisters wedding recently in east sussex and its caused me to leave a review, which is something I dont normarily do. The food was absolutely delicious and as vegetarians we very well catered for, alongside the good food was the warm welcome and the good humoured banter, all in all it was very enjoyable. Came here to get my windshield tinted, fog lights smoked and some other small bits. Great quality product and most importantly great customer service, was asked for tea and coffee, spoke me through everything and gave me a seat to sit whilst i waited for my mate to pick me up. 10/10 definitely recommend

My husband and I used Wrapstars for our wedding at the weekend and all I can say is if you're thinking of booking him, do it.
His correspondence were so quick from the get go and always happy to respond and answer any questions.
His food is incredible. Its cooked and prepared fresh there and then and all of our guests commented on how flavourful it was and how they actually enjoyed waiting for it because it got them talking to others guests.
Colin had a vehicle malfunction prior to the wedding but he let me know early and told me not to worry, just that he wouldn't have his trademark van. Things happen and Colin dealt with it and did all he could to sort it without bothering us - which we absolutely loved.
I can't praise him enough, really happy and if if the opportunity arises to rebook him we wouldn't hesitate to approach him again.
Friends and family have been given his details so hopefully word spreads.

What’s your signature dish?
My signature chef recommendation range between two dishes. Mexican chicken and Beef brisket burrito with a chipotle mayo sauce with all the trimmings. 2nd recommendation would be the Buttermilk Fried chicken burrito with grilled chilli infused Halloumi cheese with all the fillings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu is created by listening to what my customers want as well as research into keeping our dishes Mexican authentic. We know what our competitors do and how they do it. Our job is to give amazing choice and mouth-watering options so that our customers keep coming back wanting to try the whole menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the interaction I get and receive from my customers. Food is a 24/7 passion of mine and I love to share it with the world. However my interaction and building rapport with my client is the centred at the core of my business. The No.1 key to Wrapstars is personal relations. This is achieved by our positive attitude, listening and engaging with our customers, and serving our unique food that stands out from other street food traders.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a manager for a fast food business for 2 years and later got furloughed due to COVID-19. I looked around my local area of Brentwood Essex and noticed there were many Turkish Kebab shops, burger shops, and pizza restaurants. I kept on questioning as to why there were no Mexican shops. It is the one cuisine that no one has a bad thing to say about, yet it's hard to get your hands on a good burrito. This was my eureka moment, and myself and my family invested in a small food truck. Before the fast food restaurant I had worked as a DJ and events host for the UK underground music scene where we managed Rap artists every week. So along came the name Wrapstars as Burritos and Tacos come under the Wrap catagory. It felt like a perfect match. I wanted more flexibility with a work life balance and so Wrapstars was born.

Clients should choose us because when it comes to fresh authentic food, which is unique from most cuisines, they will get value for money. Customer service and value for money is very important to us and we pride ourselves as delivering this at the highest level. When you hire us, we come with the Street food culture. Happy, positive, warming, trust-worthing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable about our food and also fully accountable. Each food product is not pushed out in bulk. Every product is purpose made and made to order for each individual customer. We adopt the theory of 'Have Your Burrito Made Your Way' and 'Give Your Guests Something To TACO about.' There are very few Mexican street food businesses around, but I believe we stand on top in regards to flavour, authenticity and service.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the Covid-19 pandemic, all staff were committed to washing their hands every 15-30 minutes of service. Sanitizer gel was always readily available for extra protection. Masks and gloves are worn at the start and during every service. All stations were cleaned, wiped down and sanitized after every serving. Customers approaching the food truck would pay via card only, and once their order was taken they would move over to the 2 space ruling and have their food picked up via the side of the trailer.
Burritos & Tacos
Our burritos are fully loaded and packed with home made, locally sourced and fresh ingredients to give you a mouth-watering experience craving for more. We offer choice of Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mexican Chicken, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Vegetarian and Vegan options. Burritos are packed with freshly cut lettuce, homemade authentic guacamole, peppers, jalapenos, home-made sauce, Mexican flavoured rice, cheese, diced onions and a squeeze of lime to bring your wrap altogether.
Our Tacos come in form of fried flour tortillas and gluten free crunchy tacos. The ever so popular internet-viral Birria Tacos are definitely a major feature on our menu, perfect for the Instagram snap!!
Alongside our mains we have our authentic sides such as Seasoned loaded fries, sweet potato fries, portions of nachos and our every so popular Buttermilk Chicken Bites. These are perfect for small gatherings and cheeky snacks.
Corporate and Weddings
As well as serving the public via UK shopping centre footfalls, Deliveroo and Uber Eats channels: we are specialists at catering to senior professionals and wedding occasions. We have options to take pre-booked orders for multiple offices for lunch-time or evening corporate events.
We are an Award nominated in 2023 for Best Unique Caterer for the Quirky Wedding Fayre Awards. We make sure we take the pressure off wedding planners by ensuring we let our unique style and incredible food speak for itself. We offer personalised canapes to suit all dietary requirements. We allow the Bride and Groom to custom make their own menu, and make sure each guest has a burrito or taco purpose made just for them. We'll even bring a sombrero or two for the cheeky picture in their camera-roll.
