About

We use a solution focused approach to therapy in that we don't spend a long time going through your entire history, we don't assess, we don't need questionnaires and forms. Instead, we focus on what is wanted, what change you would like to see, what your strengths are, what has kept you going.

Q&As

I love meeting new people and hearing about how they have overcome things in their lives, watching them describe their progress and seeing them make changes in their own lives just by thinking about what they want rather than what they don't

I joined a business after receiving therapy myself during a really difficult time. I liked the approach that he used which was different to any other approach I'd had. The previous approaches always diagnosed me and told me what was wrong with me. This one, asked to think abut what was great about me

I hope they would choose me because they think I can help them work through whatever they are going through.

Yes, I can provide services by Google Meet or Teams and I can provide phone calls or video call through WhatsApp

The seats in our room are well spaced and there is hand gel. We can wear masks if the client would like us to.

Services

Offering an integrative and solution focused approach to whatever you might be experiencing. Offering an integrative approach means that we can draw from several models such as CBT, psychodynamic and person centred to help you find what works for you.

Using a solution focused approach to find out where you are currently and where you'd like to be. We then build on current skills and resource to build a picture of how you might get there
