What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is seeing the smiles on both the dogs and their owners faces after seeing them so upset and lost before they had my help. It is truly the best thing in the world to be able to help creatures so kind and deserving.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start this buisness because of my love for dogs. After already having an affinity with animals I realised that I could really use that to help people understand their dogs better. Also... I have always been active so the dog walking helps me stay out of the office!
Why should our clients choose you?
Why should clients choose me? I think the better question is "why should your dog choose me?" At the end of the day your dog is going to need someone who they are going to learn to trust to make their walks/training worth while rather than someone who is simply trying to earn a buck and potentially wouldn't know what to do if something happens because of their lack of understand with dogs. In the unlikely event that your dog is to sustain an injury while on a walk with me, I'm a qualified pet first aid instructor too, so your pet is in the most careful of hands!
Group dog walks
Need your dog socialised or simply want your dog to walk with friends? Make use of our group dog walks which is our cheapest dog walking service! All dogs are carefully assessed before being put into groups of up to 4 dogs!
Training walks
A two package service which puts the dog into real world scenarios, and we train your dog how to react to them. Do you have a new puppy that needs to learn roadside boundaries? Or do you have a reactive dog that needs guidance on how to greet other dogs propperly?
Aimed at,but not exclusive to younger dogs, our First Steps Training Walk package offers guidance for your dog with loose lead walking, roadside boundaries and general obedience improvement.
For dogs who have not had the best start in life or have developed and issue over time, our Calmness and Composure Training Walk package tackles problems like reactivity to people, dogs and cars. Whatever your struggling with your dogs training out on your walks that isn't covered by out First Steps package is simply covered with the Calmness and Composure package.
1 to 1 Adaptive Dog Training
Have an issue with your dog in the house such as jumping up on people, resource guarding or they shoot out of the front door whenever it is opened ? Our Adaptive Training tailors to the requirements of the situation that you call us in for to communicate with the dog directly and enable the owners to feel guided through each step of the way.
House Call
If your heading out for a while and need someone to stop by to feed, play and let your dog out for a toilet to break up their time at home alone, our house call does exactly that!
Heatwave "Cool Off" Visit
If you are worried about your dog overheating at home during the summer months, we off a cool off visit where we bring with us a dog paddling pool and water based toys for a nice stimulating bit of cooling play.
A lot of the time, dogs don't get the walks they need during the heat as it gets to hot foe them. This service offers the best of both worlds where they will be adequately stimulated and cooled down at the same time!
At Home Dog Sitting
Where we stay with your dog for an agreed amount of time wether it's just so you can go out for dinner, or your going away for a week. We look after your dog while your not home day and night and give you regular pupdates!
