Just wanted to say a big thank you to Woodlands Tree Services for the hedge and tree trimming job today. From the moment I contacted them through a Facebook post they have been fantastic. They came to quote within 24 hours of my initial message (and I received the quote the same day). Quick responses to any questions I had throughout the process. Their communication on the day was excellent too - always making sure I was happy with the job. When they came to complete the job, they were friendly and professional and they went above and beyond what I asked for (as well as trimming the top of the hedges also did all the sides too and some general tidying up). I want to give a shout out to Woodlands Tree Services, for their superb job of giving our huge hornbeam a beautiful "short back and sides" within the limits of the council's permission (it has a Protection Order), showing great sensitivity towards wildlife (worked around a nest and mum was already feeding her three chicks again this afternoon) and aesthetically pleasing too, into the bargain. That they did so with great professionalism, involving us at every step to ensure we were happy, and in the face of some shady practices from our recent traveller visitors on the area, only increase my admiration.
