Wonder & Wild Photography

Would avoid this "photographer" like the plague.

After booking this woman to do our wedding photography, it has been a nightmare with worry & stress as soon as we paid the deposit.
Because of her taking weeks to respond (the booking was lightning speed though) sometimes 6-8 weeks per reply.

She had asked us to do a zoom call & asked which date & time suited us,
we responded the next day saying we were happy to do that when suited her best time wise.
She didn't respond for about 4 weeks, and even then scheduled a time & date which she let us down on.
It took about 2 months from her asking us to do a zoom call, to actually get it done. She blamed her communication on her made up assistant.

My wife messaged her a week after our wedding to get an idea when we could expect our photos' or even previews etc,
with no response to that & follow up messages from us for 3 weeks. Then when she finally answered,
she said they were being uploaded (with a picture to show they were) but strangely enough 2 days later we had to contact her again, because still no photo's, she said she was still editing them, which didn't add up from her previous message. So its been lie after lie.

After 8 weeks still no photo's, not even a preview. She had been on her WhatsApp constantly, but ignoring our calls & texts as usual.

We are easy going people, and we had a simple small wedding, but she really gave us huge stress we didn't need.
She said that since our wedding she has took on 3 "emergency" weddings (which we have suffered for), which she used as an excuse for being busy.

In our contract it says photos will be no later than 6 weeks, so we threatened her with legal action after 8 weeks.

She should just communicate with people, and they would not stress & worry as much. But ignoring people & telling lies does the complete opposite.

We finally got our photos in dribs & drabs, so many were terrible photos, with no effort put in to editing them, bar a few. She blamed it on bad lighting in the hotel, but surely if thats the case move us to better lighting for that particular shot, or edit them.
Her latest excuse is her child was sick & in hospital, yet she was celebrating her engagement on Facebook the same week, and in the comments inviting friends to come stay, strange in the middle of her child being sick.

I wouldn't have this woman photograph a child birthday party, never mind a wedding. More...

We booked to have a family mini-fall session with Zaneta. Within minutes of arriving at the studio we felt at complete ease. Zaneta has an ability to create a very relaxed atmosphere, even with a fairly reluctant husband!! We absolutely adore our pictures as she has managed to deliver exactly what we wanted!
