How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If there are no damp areas or severe cracks on the concrete floor. Also if the roof has been constructed out of suitable sized timbers in order to be able to insulate.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most lofts in and around London are suitable to convert.
Head height will important to assess if you need to lower the first floor ceilings but this only required in a small percentage of properties.
What do you love most about your job?
Delivering what the client wanted and if we can help improve or make suggestions that further help the design we love doing so.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because I enjoyed renovating over 10 properties that I lived in. I qualified as an electrician because I was fed up in being let down and I have not looked back since.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because you get me not a company that sub contracts all of its work to teams of people it’s never met.
I also have a full Risk insurance policy that fully protects the client. Just having a public liability policy is not enough or indeed legal but yet clients still start builds with companies who are not fully covered.
